The access is limited to the management of our company and will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers necessary for the fonctioning of our company, f.ex. our IT systems.

We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements.

Requests to have personal data removed from our databases, can be made by the procedure described in the following section.

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM?

You have a right of access to your personal data as processed by us. If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you may also request the correction thereof. We will promptly correct any such information.

You have also the right to request the erasure of your personal data.
